Known Bugs:
===========

- When some change occurs in the main part of the document, the menu and header
do not reflect the change.
	- A user reads the last new message, when the last new message is
	displayed, the menu still indicates new messages present.
	- A user changes the system-wide settings (theme, baseurl, etc.), the
	changes do not show until user clicks on a link.

- In many places text from the DB is used, and it still contains escape sequen-
ces.

- Rules are displayed no matter what.

- log.py displays ALL logs no matter what permissions are set

- Fix Equipment image pages

- Fix heading and subheading display
