Installation
============
1) Copy all python files to a cgi-bin directory (default relative to cgi-bin: av/)
2) Copy all files from static/ to a static files directory (default relative to web root: AV/)


MySQL
=====
1) Get MySQL running
2) Create database (default name: AVdb)
3) Create a mysql user and give it priviledges to SELECT/DELETE/UPDATE/INSERT into all tables in AVdb
4) Modify ABdb.sql to reflect your settings (institution, location, baseurl, basedir, staticurl, staticdir)
5) Create tables according to AVdb.sql
6) Reload MySQL
7) Edit av_consts.py to reflect the hostname/username/password/db name
