Replaced my Copyright notices. The year range always ends with 2007 now. My name was replaced with "Dovecot authors". In many cases I didn't really even own the copyright, so this is more correct.

MIT license (see COPYING.MIT) unless otherwise mentioned at the beginning
of the file.

Everything else is LGPLv2.1 (see COPYING.LGPL) unless otherwise mentioned
at the beginning of the file.

Current exceptions are:

src/lib/
  - md5.c : Public Domain
  - sha1.c, sha2.c : BSD
  - base64.c, utc-mktime.c : BSD-like (read it)
