make stuff for macos x binary package. it is now easy to make prebuilt binary for macos x. i have no hosting space. i hope someone else can make binaries.

+install py2app from http://pythonmac.org/packages/
+
+make sure /usr/local/bin is in your path

+run bdist_mpkg in top-level hg directory
