tests: check for various simple lock API errors
This commit introduces tests that check:
- supplying NULL arguments to MX* macros panics
- attempting to use memcpy'd lock structures panics
- locking a lock we already hold (deadlock) panics
- unlocking a lock we aren't holding panics
Note that this commit does not check for lock class ordering error handling.
