Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
If mail_index_ext_set_reset_id() is called, the transaction may go back to unchanged state and we don't want to write it to transaction log then.

MIT license (see COPYING.MIT) unless otherwise mentioned at the beginning
of the file.

Everything else is LGPLv2.1 (see COPYING.LGPL) unless otherwise mentioned
at the beginning of the file.

Current exceptions are:

src/lib/
  - md5.c : Public Domain
  - sha1.c, sha2.c : BSD
  - base64.c, utc-mktime.c : BSD-like (read it)
